This is a thing I wanted to try out for so long and it's really easy!
A friend of mine gave me this recipe.
You nead
1 can chickpeas (just leave a little bit of the water)
3-4 spoonfull of tahini
1-2 garlic cloves
1-2 lemons
olive oil
salt
Mix it all together and wait 2 hours. Then put in on bread or in a sandwich.
